Yes. A portion of the search fee is paid to initiate the search. Typically this is 1/3 of the total fee, however the fee structure is negotiable.

Once a signed contract is in place, we will take down the specific criteria required for the job and the associated salary range. At this point, we will begin screening candidates and sending resumes your way. You will then decide if you’d like to interview each candidate presented.
The purpose of a retained search is to come along-side the healthcare facility’s recruitment team and assist them with screening and qualifying candidates. All candidates that apply directly to your hospital should be immediately forwarded to our search firm to screen and qualify before investing your time into the candidate. Thus, the full search fee is due upon any candidate’s acceptance.
